By accessing or using 4SafeDrivers.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

4SafeDrivers.com provides a service that enables individuals and businesses to obtain driving records (Motor Vehicle Reports) from state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) agencies across the United States.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Have a valid reason to obtain the driving record under applicable law
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Agree to use the information only for lawful purposes

Permissible Use

Driving records obtained through our Service may only be used for permissible purposes under the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and applicable state laws, including:

Fees and Payment

Fees for our Service are displayed at the time of order. All fees are non-refundable once a record has been requested from a state agency. If a record cannot be obtained, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4SafeDrivers.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any information obtained through the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4SafeDrivers.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
